RULES and Conditions for the Optional Extra Products offered for the aged less than 65 years.

Making use of a copy of the latest submitted / captured application form for group:
The one diplaying the captured particulars of the main member, Spouse selected cover amount, etc…
The description of the optional extra product with its Code No and cover amount must be inserted to the form.
dated and signed an supplied to Onyxie on or before the 10th of the specific month on underwritting.

The latest captured increased or decreased cover amount selected by the Main Member
shall become the cover amount for all offered Optional Extra Products

A main member on the R3 000 cover cannot participate on the offered optional extra products.
The R3 000 must be first increased to any offered higher cover.

For all offered optional extra products.
A main member on the currently R5 000 cover
can only select the R5 000 cover

A main member currently on the R8 000 cover can select
the R8 000 as well as the R5 000 covers or both.

A main member currently on the R10 000 cover can select
the R10 000, as well as the R8 000, and as well as the R5 000 covers

To be allowed / permitted to select any higher cover:
The waiting period must be NIL / ZERO. And,

For requesting a cover to be increased, the supplied official request form must be utilized.
The official request form must be completed dated, signed and supplied to Onyxie
on or before the 10th of the specific month of underwritting.
If not: the request for increased cover shall only be captured and activated the following month.
